We are a medical device and healthcare product company, established in 2005 and located in Grantham, England. It is managed by Dr Sunder Raj, Dr Manoj Ponnusamy and Ms Jane Whitton.
Dr Sunderraj is a qualified ophthalmologist and pharmaceutical physician with over 16 years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked at country, regional, and global levels in blue chip companies such as Novartis, Boots and CIBA in a variety of medical, clinical research, marketing, and general management positions.
Dr Manoj Ponnusamy is a qualified Radiologist (MD) and medical professional with 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His expertise spans across medical and regulatory affairs, supply chain, marketing, and general management positions within the Blumont group.
Jane Whitton has a strong background in administration, project management and financial management, with great emphasis on customer care, since joining the ophthalmic pharmaceutical industry in 1991. Jane has worked in a variety of roles of increasing seniority in regulatory affairs, medical affairs, supply chain management and general management.
We specialise in the development and licensing out of products to improve ocular health as well as to treat various ocular diseases.
We supply ophthalmic medicines to wholesalers in the respective markets.
Blumont Pharma Ltd. ophthalmic products are manufactured at specially chosen subcontractors and under GMP conditions. Sales, mainly to distributors and licensees, are initially concentrated in Europe, We are currently looking for partners/licensees in Canada and Australia.
As well as working with distributors, we also actively license out our products to interested partners on mutually acceptable terms. All our products under development will have Marketing Authorisation dossiers at current EU (CTD) standards.
